INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Anavana Beach Resort (the "Resort"). By accessing our website and booking services through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please review these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our websiteor services.

BOOKING & RESERVATION POLICY
1. Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email from us. Please ensure all details are accurate.
2. Payment Terms: A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The balance is due upon arrival.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund, minus 5% handling charges of the paid deposit. Cancellations made after the above-mentioned 30 days will forfeit the deposit. 
• If, in the unfortunate instance you have to cancel your stay within 15 days of yourarrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
• In case of no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
• For early checkouts, a fee equal to the cost of one night’s stay will be charged. Said fee shall be payable directly to the hotel upon departure.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
1. Check-In Time: Check-in is from 14:00. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 12:00 (noon). Late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges. In order to guarantee a late check-out (6:00pm), a rate equal to 50% of one night’s stay is requested.

USE OF FACILITIES
1. Guest Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
2. Swimming Pool and Beach Area: Use of the swimming pool and beach area is at the guest's own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. No Liability for Personal Injury: The Resort is not liable for any personal injuries or property damage incurred during your stay.
2. Third-Party Services: The Resort is not responsible for services provided by third parties, including excursions and transportation.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
The Resort reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website and services constitutes your acceptance of anyrevised Terms.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with local laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
